The traditional ceremonial dining plate of Kerala and South India, this 11.5-inch Bronze Thali is ideal for serving a complete Sadya with rice, multiple curries, papad, pickle, and banana. Ayurveda recommends bronze dining for balancing all three doshas. Widely used in temples, weddings, and traditional homes, it features a raised rim and naturally antimicrobial surface. Pairs well with kattoris, dawara set, and bronze glass.

How To care Thali Plate

  • Cleaning & Drying: Wash the utensil with mild soap and warm water after use. Dry it immediately with a soft cloth or kitchen tissue to avoid water marks and corrosion.
  • Storage: Keep bronze utensils in a dry, well-ventilated place. Stack carefully or use soft liners to prevent scratches during storage.
  • Maintaining the Shine: Polish traditionally using tamarind and salt, or lime/vinegar with salt. You may also use diluted Pitambari metal polish to restore and maintain the natural shine.
